About DD Waiver Nursing

Health Care Revolution offers Waiver Nursing Services (WNS) which enables an individual with complex medical conditions to receive the in-home specialized care they need by our on-staff RN or LPNs. Secure Haven will work closely with health care providers to ensure high quality care. We provide skilled medical monitoring, direct care, and intervention to maintain quality home supports. This 24-hour service is offered to help avoid unnecessary hospitalization or nursing home care. Secure Haven Care’s WNS services include, but not limited to:
Performing personal care (bathing, grooming, etc.)

Assisting with mobility
Providing transfer assistance
Preparing meals and feeding
Escorting to appointments
Assisting with ambulation
Monitoring vital signs
Measuring height and weight
Preventing pressure ulcers
Performing dressing changes
Medication management
Diabetes management
Wound care
